BOQ Analysis & Technical Sizing
Every resilient river training and retaining scheme starts with accurate geotechnical sizing and BOQ review.
Our civil engineering desk examines site soil conditions, hydraulic flow velocities, and contract specifications. We confirm required box dimensions, aperture sizes (8x10 cm vs 10x12 cm), wire gauges (2.20 mm to 3.00 mm), and suitable geotextile filtration classes.

Wire Sourcing & Galvanizing QA
Heavy hot-dip zinc coatings compliant with Nepal Standards NS 163/169 and IS 280.
All mild steel wire undergoes rigorous tensile testing (380–550 N/mm²) and uniform hot-dip zinc coating verification (240–290 g/m²). This guarantees maximum corrosion resistance against acidic soil moisture and abrasive river currents.

Precision Machine Weaving
Double-twisted hexagonal mesh woven continuously on heavy industrial looms.
Automated weaving machines apply three full half-turns to form non-ravelling hexagonal cells. Mechanically bound selvedge wires reinforce all edges to prevent mesh separation under boulder impact and soil surcharge loads.

Diaphragm Assembly & Bundling
Cellular internal partitions and dense compressed bundling for mountain transit.
Internal wire mesh diaphragms are secured at 1.0 m intervals to prevent internal stone movement and bulging. The boxes are folded flat, compressed into transport bundles, and packed with required lacing wire.

Site Logistics & Field Guidance
Prompt nationwide dispatch across all 7 provinces with installation technical advisory.
We coordinate truckload logistics directly to remote roadheads, hydropower dams, and river training sites. Our technical sheets guide site crews on proper box unfolding, tensioning, lacing, rock grading, and geotextile placement.
